All Speed Dee athletes must wear their practice uniform shirt, have a bottle of water, proper running shoes and athletic shorts/pants. Spikes are optional but highly encouraged if they are competing.

No, the cost for meets are separate. Athletes will be required to pay an annual fee with Minor Track Association (MTA) and Athletics Ontario (AO), which is $15 each. Events at competitions can vary between $15-$20/event.

Uniforms are mandatory for all athletes who are competing in track & field meets.

Yes, you can attend another session as a make-up. Please notify one of the coaches.
